The Abbot’s House

A bright and beautiful meeting room.

The Abbot’s House opened in 2013: a new building atop an ancient ruin. The building has a medieval form, and strict guidelines have been followed in designing details and choosing materials. This extremely specialised project is unparalleled in Norway. The Abbot’s House has two floors – the upper floor is perfect as a meeting/conference venue, while the ground floor can be used for breaks with coffee and fruit throughout the day. Tables can be doubled up, arranged conference-style or in a horseshoe. The Abbot’s House is a separate building with entryways on the ground floor and upper level. It has an all-purpose (universal) design.

A day-package contains all you need, and many also choose to end their event with dinner. Technical equipment for the meeting is of course included.
